The Catholic Counseling Institute Is Education & Encouragement.
Guided by Faith and Evidence
Our Foundation & Mission
At the Catholic Counseling Institute, we offer online courses, education, podcasts, and resources accessible to Catholics worldwide. Our approach integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and evidence-based clinical psychology with authentic Catholic teachings and Theology of the Body, supporting both your emotional and spiritual well-being.
Our mission is to make authentically Catholic psychological resources more accessible, especially for those who may not be ready or able to engage in individual Catholic therapy on a regular basis. We believe that prevention is the best treatment and that effective therapy is enhanced by quality adjunct resources, equipping you with the tools to grow in emotional resilience, faith, and flourishing relationships. We are not a substitute for professional counseling or mental health care.
