At the Catholic Counseling Institute, we provide compassionate, professional counseling to Catholics in Texas, while also offering online courses, education, podcasts, and resources accessible to Catholics worldwide. Our approach integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and evidence-based clinical psychology with authentic Catholic teachings and Theology of the Body, supporting both your emotional and spiritual well-being.
Our mission is to make authentically Catholic psychological resources more accessible, especially for those who may not be ready or able to engage in individual Catholic therapy on a regular basis. We believe that prevention is the best treatment and that effective therapy is enhanced by quality adjunct resources, equipping you with the tools to grow in emotional resilience, faith, and flourishing relationships.

Catholic, professional counseling—accessible anywhere in Texas! Our secure Telehealth services connect you with licensed Catholic therapists who integrate faith and psychology. Plus, we’re in-network with most major insurances and EAP programs, making support affordable at your usual co-pay.
Coming SOON! We are expanding professional service to 33 states when Texas joins the "Counseling Compact" in Fall of 2025!
